Training & Education

Our Barista Series is a 16hr intensive training program available every first week of the month. The training will cover brewing basics, flavor profiles, sourcing, sorting, farming, and processing. You will receive a personal tour of our roasting facility, learn to make a Chemex pour over, pull your own espresso, steam milk, roast your own bag of coffee on the sample roaster, and participate in a SCA level coffee cupping.
